Imagine Me by Tahereh Mafi

my rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ok, so I wanted to take some time out to mull this over before I write this review because I needed to get my thoughts in order.

Overall, the book was fine. It gave me the ending I needed to walk away knowing that these characters will carry on and that they will ok. I'm ok with that. That's really all I needed by this point. I enjoy Tahereh's books because as a writer I love the emotion she's captures when she's writing her characters. The emotions are real, detailed and makes me feel empathy for her characters. I felt like there was a good balance between the plot and the characters. The plot and the characters pushed forward smoothly and complimented each other well. I am ok with how things turned out in this novel and I am ok with the series ending at this point. I can't wait to see what Tahereh's next endeavor is.

Overall, I gave it 3 stars. It does the job and ends the series in a way that there is closer for the readers. Would I do a reread? Maybe, if I had some extra time. Would I recommend it? Sure, why not.
